摘要：改革开放以来 ，我国的经济持续发展 ，初步实现了小康社会的目标 。但随着经济的进一步发展，农村市场体系建设中的各种问题逐步显露出来，并急待解决。“中国农村物流发展对策研究”这篇文章首先概况了我国农村物流的发展现状，并提出我国农村物流具有较强的季节性、服务分散、物流服务需求差异大和以个体农户为主要生产经营模式等特点。然后对中外农村物流发展进行比较，揭示了我国发展农村物流面临的问题主要是政府对农村物流的支持力度不够；对农村市场不够重视；对集贸市场的标准化建设和改造关注不足；不重视对人才的培育，导致人才缺乏；物流业不发达，农村物流基础设施和装备建设落后，缺乏物流龙头企业；物流成本高，效率低，损坏率高；物流信息化和标准化体系不健全，物流配送技术和配套水平低，节点布局不合理，物流运行方式落后，供应链上各主题的协作水平弱；村物流基础设施和装备建设落后；物流企业走向农村存在难题；农业方面，自我发展意识不强，组织化水平低，市场环境较差等。最后借鉴发达国家的成功经验从政府方面、物流企业方面、农业方面提出我国发展农村物流的主要对策与建议，为我国发展农村物流奠定理论基础。

ABSTRACT：Since the reform and opening up, the sustainable development of China's national economy, initially to achieve the basic goal of well-off society. But with the further development of economy, various problems in the construction of rural market system gradually exposed, urgent. This paper introduced the development status of China's rural logistics, and put forward our country rural logistics is seasonal, strong service dispersion, differences between the logistics service demand. Then the Chinese rural logistics development comparison, reveals the development of rural logistics in our country is facing the main problem is the government support of rural logistics is not enough; do not pay enough attention to the rural market; standardization construction and transformation of market attention is insufficient; do not attach importance to the cultivation of talents, leads to a lack of qualified personnel; the logistics industry is not developed, rural logistics infrastructure and equipment construction lags behind, the lack of logistics enterprises; logistics cost high, low efficiency, high damage rate; logistics informatization and standardization system is not perfect, logistics technology level is low, the node layout is not. reasonable, the logistics operation mode of backward, cooperation level of each subject of supply chain logistics based on weak; village facilities and equipment construction lags behind; logistics enterprises to rural problems; agriculture, self-development consciousness is not strong, the low level of organization, the market environment is relatively poor. Finally, the successful experience from developed countries from the government, logistics enterprises, agriculture, put forward our country rural logistics development main countermeasures and suggestions, the theoretical foundation for the development of China's rural logistics statue.
