摘要:本文介绍了在国际市场的环境下，我国石材产业的出口现状，如特点、贸易额等，并通过SWOT分析法对我国石材产业的出口进行了分析，发现存在着许多问题，如“丰产不丰收”、“大而不强”、“多而不专”、而且企业内还存在着员工水平低，技术设备落后，内部竞争激烈，只重销售不注意开发，缺乏信用等，严重制约着发展。通过对我国石材产业的SWOT分析了解石材出口对我国石材产业发展的影响。最后针对以上所提及的问题提出详细的对策分析，如坚持可持续发展、调整产业布局、发挥资源优势、确立并坚持指导方针和引入竞争机制等策略提高我国石材产业的出口。

Abstract:This article describes the international market environment, the export situation of China's stone industry, such as the characteristics of trade and export SWOT analysis of China's stone industry analysis and found that there are many problems, such as " High yield not bumper harvest" , " Big and not strong" and " Much but not exclusively ", and within the enterprise, there are still low staffing levels, backward technology and equipment, internal competition is fierce, and only re-sales do not pay attention to development, lack of credit, seriously restricts the development. SWOT analysis of China's stone industry to understand the development of stone exports to China's stone industry. Finally, detailed analysis of countermeasures for the above-mentioned problems, if we insist on sustainable development, adjustment of industrial layout, takes advantage of resources to establish and adhere to the guidelines and the introduction of competition mechanism and other strategies to improve the export of China's stone industry.
