摘要：中国民间金融改革停滞多年，社会各界对此颇有看法。本文结合温州民间金融目前的现状，提出各种对策，解决温州中小企业融资难，中小企业规模小，温州农村地区金融建设落后等问题。本文所做的研究对中国民间金融改革有一定的借鉴意义，为中国民间金融改革的全面推进，提供了温州局部试点的范例。

Abstract：Chinese folk financial reform stalled for years, all circles of society has the view. In this paper,combined with Wenzhou folk finance present situation, proposes countermeasures to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, Wenzhou, small and medium-sized enterprise scale is small, the problem of financial construction of Wenzhou rural areas lag behind. The research of this paper has certain reference significance to Chinese folk financial reform, to promote Chinese folk financial reform, provides the Wenzhou local pilot example.

　　本文以温州民间金融为突破口，透彻观察了温州民间金融的现状及问题，从理论角度对温州民间金融的问题，提出切实可行的解决措施。本文的重点是结合温州中小企业融资难的现状，探讨民间金融改革对中小企业的影响，中小企业是中国的未来，因此温州民间金融也是中国经济改革大局的关键一环，由此看出温州民间金融改革研究的重要性。
