摘要：本文基于中国电子商务网站的现状，针对现有各类电子商务网站的发展情况以及它们所存在的问题进行分析。通过各类电子商务网站的典型代表发展态势，结合数据分析电子商务网站发展状况。以京东商城为例，本文介绍了京东商城的发展历程并分析了京东商城得以成功运营的原因以及京东解决电子商务网站普遍存在的问题的对策。通过对该案例的思考，获得成功经营电子商务网站的经验。最后，简要分析电子商务网站建立初期所应具备的要素以及建立电子商务网站的意义并对如何成功经营电子商务网站提出建议。

Abstract: Based on the status of the Chinese e-commerce websites, this paper analyzes the development and the problems for the existing types of e-commerce websites. Through the development trend about the typical representative of the various types of e-commerce websites, it analyzes the development about e-commerce websites combined with the data. Giving the example as Jingdong Mall, this paper describes the development process of Jingdong Mall, the reasons for the success of its operations and the countermeasures of Jingdong Mall to solve the common problem of e-commerce website. Gaining the experience about the successful operation of e-commerce website by thinking about this case. Finally, it briefly analyzes the elements about establishing the e-commerce website in the initial stage and the significance about establishing the e-commerce website. It also gives the recommendations on how to successfully operate the e-commerce website.
