摘要：在企业中“牛鞭效应“的出现会导致供应链巨大的效率损失,误导了生产计划,造成产能过剩或收入流失，导致过多的库存投资,收益减少，使得销售不畅,有效需求得不到满足,降低客户服务水平。而当“牛鞭效应”出现在我国高校供应链管理的结构中，则对我国高校的学校的招生计划、专业设置、专业结构、培养摸式，教学内容等供应链结构会产生较大影响。本文是对我国高校供应链管理结构中所产生 “牛鞭效应”的原因及问题的分析，并提出了一些规避和解决这种效应的对策。
