[摘要]古代进谏的事例讲述了喻谏和进谏时机带给我们进谏的启示，有人更是根据古人的经验总结了“古代进言八法”，以达到秘书在不同的场合进谏提供帮助的目的。为解现实中秘书对于进谏的困惑及达到领导对于秘书进谏的要求，提出了秘书进谏的直谏、暗谏、喻谏等各种方法技巧及谏之有备、点到为止等进谏的艺术，尤其是提出了对于妄自越位、炫耀成果等有关秘书进谏的禁忌，强调了秘书进谏能力的重要性，并联系各方面综合研究秘书进谏的艺术，为能够使秘书更好的进谏提供帮助，以达到帮助秘书更好的开展秘书工作的目的。
