摘要:钒在工业中用途重要而广泛,在我过现代化工业的进程中具有重要的战略地位。目前我国的主流提钒提钒工艺是高炉、转炉冶炼半钢/钒渣、半钢炼钢及钒渣后处理的双联工艺。
本次研究以实际的生产数据作为背景,计算了7组转炉提钒过程中不同吹炼气体后转炉的温度,经计算得到最终结果。
本论文以物料平衡、热平衡和热力学为依据,建立了以100kg铁水冶炼成半钢转炉提钒冶炼的计算模型。设定相关半钢参数,分析吹炼的气体从纯吹氧改为在O2中添加CO2后对提钒的温度及转化率的影响。
论文研究中现场数据量较少,对提钒冶炼过程的研究存在一定的偏差,还需大量的数据来进行修正。论文提出的操作建议,也亟待提钒实际生产的检验和修正。

ABSTRACT:Vanadium is important and extensive in the industry, and it has played an important strategic position in the process of the modern industry.
At present the mainstream of the vanadium extraction vanadium extraction process is half steel/vanadium slag, blast furnace, converter smelting semisteel steelmaking slag and vanadium duplex technology of post-processing.
With actual production data as a background, this study calculated the 7 groups of converter v-recovering vanadium after different blowing gas in the process of the temperature of the converter, through the calculation to get the final result.
This paper which is on the basis of material balance, heat balance and thermodynamics, set up to 100kg hot metal to a steel converter vanadium smelting of calculation model. Setting related semisteel parameters, analysising of the gas blowing in pure oxygen instead after adding CO2 in O2 ,which will influence on the temperature and conversion rate .
Thesis research in the field data quantity is less,so the study on this which has certain deviation of vanadium smelting process, still need a large amount of data to be revised. Paper operating Suggestions, also need to mention vanadium production inspection and correction.
