摘  要：当前众多为了提高物资流通效率，降低企业经营成本，纷纷将现代物流管理作为重要的手段。在国民经济保持高速增长的总体环境下，建材行业也获得了极大的发展，建材行业在国民经济中的地位越发重要，面对激烈的市场竞争，我国建材企业依然面临着严峻的挑战和威胁。处于产业链下游的建材企业在面临难得的发展机遇，企业必须加强自身建设，改进物流管理中所存在的问题，现代物流管理思想的目标是在成本最小的前提下，提供最为优质的服务。为了实现这一目标，因此建材企业必须加强对物流管理的重视。

本文以HX建材企业为研究对象，分析该企业业务流程、采购管理和产品销售等存在的问题，利用所学专业知识，为该企业制定完善的物流管理方案。

ABSTRACT：Many current in order to improve the efficiency of material circulation,reduce the business cost,the modern logistics management as an important means.In the national economy maintained a high-speed growth in the overall ronment,construction industry has gained great development,construction industry is playing an increasingly important role in national economy,in the face of the fierce market competition,The construction enterprises in our country is still faced with serious challenges and threats.In the downstream of the industrial chain of building materials enterprises in the face of the rare development envi opportunity,enterprise must strengthen own construction,improve the logistics management in the existing problems,modern logistics management thinking is on the premise of cost minimum,provide the most high-quality service.In order to achieve this goal, so enterprise must strengthen to the attention of the logistics management. 

With HX building materials enterprises as the research object in this paper,analysis of the enterprise business process, procurement management and product sales problems,using the learned professional knowledge, perfect logistics management solutions for the enterprise.
