摘  要：本文先对快递行业进行了了解，对比分析顺丰物流公司在行业中的情况。然后对涪陵顺丰物流分公司的情况进行了详细调查，通过SWOT分析方法对顺丰物流涪陵分公司进行分析。SWOT即指优势、劣势、机遇、挑战，把这四方面加以综合评估与分析，通过内部资源、外部环境有机结合来清晰地确定被分析对象的资源优势和缺陷，了解所面临的机会和挑战，从而在战略与战术两个层面加以调整方法、资源以保障被分析对象的实行以达到所要实现的目标。

ABSTRACT：This article on the express industry to understand first, comparative analysis along abundant logistics companies in the industry. Then situation of fuling along abundant logistics branch company has carried on the detailed investigation, through SWOT analysis method analyze the suitable abundant logistics fuling branch. The SWOT which means strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges, and the synthetical evaluation and analysis of these four aspects, through the organic combination of internal resources and external environment to clearly determine the analysis object resource advantages and defects, understand the opportunities and challenges faced, and strategic and tactical two levels in adjustment method, resources to security is the practice of analysis object in order to achieve the goal.
