[摘要]在当代领域中，社区文化建设已成为一个热点问题。文化就是力量，是精神力量与物质力量的复合体，是软实力的本质表现，也是硬实力的无形内核。一个新农村社区的发展要获得持续动力，就必须从文化建设上找出路。文化建设也能促进经济的发展。选取华西村为对象，主要是因为华西村所取得的经济成就，各种经历和成功的经验，突出文化建设的核心作用，提高了人们对文化建设的认识。

[Abstract]In contemporary field, community culture construction has become a hot issue. Culture is power, is the spiritual power and the complex material strength, is the essence of soft power, being also the hard power intangible kernel. A new rural community development to achieve sustained power, we must start from the cultural construction for a way out. Cultural construction also can promote the development of the economy. Select the Huaxi village as the object, mainly because the Huaxi village have economic achievements, all kinds of experience and successful experiences, outstanding cultural construction the core function, improve the people to the understanding of the cultural construction.

　　华西村在注重物质文明的同时更注重精神文明的建设，建立了带有华西村特色的制度体系，形成了华西特色的社区文化。华西特色的社区文化是优秀的领导班子，优秀的领导人，优良的传统文化等等共同构成的，华西村每年都会投入大量资金支持教育，培养人才，这也全面提高了华西人的整体文化素质。同时华西村的传统文化也熏陶着每一个华西人，家家安居乐业，邻里团结和睦，在这些良好的社区文化的氛围下，将会更好的打造出一个和谐发展的新农村形象，推动着华西村经济的进一步发展。
