此次翻译的小说名为《外婆说她很抱歉》，作者是菲特烈.贝克曼，曾写过畅销小说《一位叫奥维的男人》。

这本书虚构了一个童话故事，以一个7岁小女孩埃尔莎的独特视角来讲述故事，古怪的外婆是她唯一的好朋友，当有一天，外婆去世，遗留了一堆信件来向每一个她爱的人道歉，继而引发的一系列事件。

第一部分为译文，本论文翻译该书第10-13章，它着重描写了埃尔莎怎样把这些信送到主人公手中，以及在这个过程中明白了一些事。在小说中，埃尔莎虽然七岁但却与众不同，而外婆虽然77岁但却极其疯狂，她是埃尔莎最好且唯一的好朋友。

第二部分着重于解决翻译过程中出现的问题，总结翻译本章节的感悟。

INTRODUCTION

The novel My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She’s Sorry is written by Fredrik Backman who is the author of the internationally bestselling A Man Called Ove.

It is a novel narrated from a seven-year-old girl’s angle. The crazy granny is her best friend. After her granny dies, she leaves behind a series of letters apologizing to people she has wronged. Elsa’s greatest adventure thus begins. 

The first part of the paper is the translation of Chapters 10 to 13 of this novel. It mainly describes how Elsa sends these letters to the hands of the owners, and understands something. In the novel, Elsa is seven years old and different, while her grandmother is seventy-seven years old and crazy. Grandmother is Elsa’s best and only friend. 

The second part of the paper focuses on resolutions to the problems frequently arising in the process of the translation and finally gives a summary of the translation.
