Abstract:From ancient times to the present, marriage is very important to people's life events, but also around us is very common phenomenon, the wedding is a two-person marriage of the specific embodiment of the form. Marriage Customs culture is an important part of a national culture. With the rapid development of science and technology, economy and culture, a new era of mutual collision and integration of various cultures, wedding customs are of great significance to the development of economic globalization and cultural pluralism. This paper compares the differences between wedding ceremony, dress and banquet diet and so on, then draws the reason of marriage customs difference from historical angle, religious belief and different marital idea. Finally, this paper analyzes the development trend of Chinese and western wedding customs in the future based on the current situation of Chinese and western wedding customs. With the understanding of Chinese and Western wedding marriage customs culture, combined with our times, with the blending of Chinese and Western cultures, more and more people of different nationalities become couples, we should rationally look at the blending of Chinese and Western wedding culture, in order to promote the cultural exchange between countries and the development of China's excellent culture.
