摘要:本毕业设计为XX学院学生宿舍H栋投标文件。该工程总建筑面积12015平方米，居住户数211户。建筑层数地上为18层，建筑高度为54.45米。本毕业设计建筑耐火等级为二级，设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为6度,建筑工程类别为二类高层,结构形式为剪力墙结构，造价为13072896元。

　　　该投标文件的编制是以XX学院学生宿舍H栋的施工设计图纸，现行的国家有关规范、规程、标准、规定和当地有关法规、条例及规定为依据。本次毕业设计遵循《建筑抗震设计规范》、《建筑结构荷载规范》、《建筑桩基设计规范》等,使用《重庆市建筑工程计价定额（2008）》。

　　　本次毕业设计中采用了手工算量和电子算量两种方法，用到了广联达钢筋抽样软件，广联达图形算量软件和广联达计价软件。在设计过程中，遇到了很多的困难。手算阶段，在构件做法和钢筋算法不清楚时，我需要查阅图集或是向老师同学请教。在软件算量阶段，绘图中遇到问题，我选择上网看教学视频或向他人请教，套定额时，定额错误，老师也细心指出并指导我改正。

　　　通过这次毕业设计，我的手算水平得到较大的提高，对软件操作也更加熟悉和深入，也接触到以前没有遇到过的问题，我获益匪浅。现在我基本能够独立完成一个工程的算量。毕业设计锻炼了我寻找方法、解决问题的能力。在以后的工作中，问题会源源不断的出现，学会查阅图集规范等资料独立解决问题是非常必须和必要的。
