摘 要：《礼记》是战国至秦汉年间儒家学者解释说明经书《仪礼》的文章选集，是一部儒家思想的资料汇编。它阐述的思想，包括社会、政治、伦理、哲学、宗教等各个方面，其中《大学》、《中庸》、《礼运》等篇有着丰富的哲学思想。

　　　《礼记》在我国古代思想史和文化史上占有举足轻重的地位，具有多方面的学术价值。本文以《小戴礼记》四十九篇为蓝本，参照王文锦的《礼记译解》 和中华书局版孙希旦的《礼记集解》，结合我国国民公德缺失的现状，分析如何让现代人自我修养，让所谓的“吃人的礼教”成为“群众现象的礼”，为建设现代中国社会精神文明铺建思想的进阶。
