摘要：微博作为互联网迅猛发展的衍生物，以其操作简单，内容精巧，传播迅速，交流灵活等特点，成为当下大学生人际沟通和思想政治教育的重要工具。微博给大学生思想政治教育带来了机遇，但同时也使大学生思想政治教育迎来了挑战。因此，大学生思想政治教育应该转变理念，重视微博的作用，依靠微博搭建思想政治教育的新平台，加强网络引导，开展朋辈教育，编织温暖微博，以提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

Abstract:Microblog becomes the present college students' interpersonal communication and the ideological and political education important tool as a derivative of the rapid development of Internet. Its’ operation is simple and the content is exquisite. It spreads rapidly and communicats.Microblog brings opportunities to the ideological and political education, but also makes the ideological and political education ushered in the challenge. Therefore, the ideological and political education should transform idea, attach importance to the role of microblog.We should rely on microblog to build new platform of ideological and political education and strengthen the network boot. And we can carry out peer education to weave warm microblog， to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students.

在微博中，意见领袖是指那些感召力强，舆论影响大，拥有众多粉丝的微博博主。在大学生群体中，由于他们年龄相仿，成长环境相似，志趣相投，很多大学生都会互相关注，成为彼此的粉丝，而其中有一些人由于思想比较活跃，思维比较灵敏，语言精辟富有哲理，发布的新鲜事易于引起大家的共鸣，因而拥有较多的粉丝，从而就成为了名副其实的“意见领袖”。

利用大学生中的这一现状，在对大学生思想政治教育过程中可以运用朋辈教育的方式。所谓朋辈教育，就是“指具有相同背景，或是由于某种原因使具有共同语言的人在一起分享信息、观念或行为技能，以实现教育目标的教育方法”简单地说，就是在微博的虚拟时空里树立学生中的榜样，让意见领袖用个人的人格魅力感染学生，学生教育学生，学生引导学生。朋辈教育的优点在于同辈的人在一起更加的亲密，没有过多的距离感，没有隔阂，他们拥有相似的思考问题的方式，能够比较容易地理解对方的想法，了解问题的症结所在，并且可以很好地接受对方的意见和建议。

意见领袖们因其强大的舆论力量，有较强的导向和方向标的作用，所以称为进行朋辈教育的最佳人选。在进行大学生思想政治教育时，要积极争取这些意见领袖，凭借他们的影响力让他们在关键时刻发出正面的最强音，成为主流舆论来引导学生，引导学生树立正确的价值取向。
