摘  要:我国是自然灾害多发的国家，每次自然灾害都对不同地区造成不同程度的损伤和破坏，更给受灾地区的人们带来了心理创伤。因此进行科学有序的灾后重建工作是十分必要的。灾后重建工作是一个长期而艰巨的过程，重建工作的主体也是多元化的，包括政府部门、民间组织机构、基层自发群体等。社会工作作为一门专业助人的学科和职业，秉承“资源整合，助人自助”的价值理念，在灾后重建中可以运用其个案工作、小组工作、社区工作三大直接工作方法和社会行政的间接工作方法进行工作，从而发挥其不可替代的作用。

　　　本文主要分析了传统灾后重建工作中的不足，在此基础上探讨社会工作介入灾后重建工作的目的、原则、主体和对象，最后基于笔者在四川芦山地震后的社会工作服务实践，和在420雅安地震中所见到的部分社会工作机构所展现出的一些科学的工作方法和技巧，探讨社会工作介入灾后重建的具体策略。

ABSTRACT:China is a natural disaster-prone countries, every natural disasters have caused varying degrees of damage in different areas, but to the people in the affected areas to bring the psychological trauma. Therefore, scientific and orderly post-disaster reconstruction work is very necessary. The post-disaster reconstruction work is a long-term and arduous process, reconstruction work is diverse, including government departments, agencies, non-governmental organizations and grass-roots spontaneous group. Social work as a profession helps the human subject and occupation, adhering to the "integration of resources, value idea of helping people to help themselves", in the post-disaster reconstruction can be used in the case work, group work, community work three direct method and indirect method of social administrative work, so as to play its irreplaceable role the.

　　　This paper mainly analyzes the shortcomings of traditional post-disaster reconstruction work, on the basis of objective, principle, subject and object of social work intervention post-disaster reconstruction work, combining the methods and skills of some science embodied in social work agencies 420 earthquake in Ya'an, specific strategies of intervention in the post-disaster reconstruction of social work.
