【摘要】本文围绕温岭市太平街道社区展开研究，主要的内容是通过查阅文献，了解现在国内外几种主要的社区管理模式。然后利用访谈法对太平街道社区管理进行调查研究，分析出太平街道社区管理上存在问题及其产生的原因，可以从人们对社区活动的参与程度，社区的公共服务功能，社区管理的相关法规制度等这些方面来分析问题。最后根据我国社区管理改革的经验和中国的国情，再借鉴国外的管理模式，对太平街道社区管理上存在的问题得出解决的途径，例如增强居民的社区意识，加强领导且高度重视社区公共服务，完善法规制度并建立监督机制等。

【Abstract】This paper focuses on the research of Wenling Taiping Street community, the main content is through the review of the literature .The article through the literature,understanding now several major community management mode at home and abroad.Then using interview method to survey the taiping street community management research, analysis of the taiping street community management on the existing problems and its reasons.It can from the participation of community activities, community public service function, community management regulations system, etc. These aspects to analysis the problem.Finally according to the experience of community management in our country reform and China's national conditions, to draw lessons from foreign management model, the taiping street community management on the problems existing in the solutions are obtained. For example, enhance community awareness, strengthen leadership and attaches great importance to the community public service, to improve the legal system and the establishment of supervision mechanism.

本文通过阅读文献方法查阅一些有关于国内外对社区的定义还有城市社区管理体制的概念。查找几种国内外的突出的社区管理模式，还有它们各自存在的问题和相应的解决措施。然后进行实地调查，利用访谈的方法对太平街道社区管理的调查研究，再用统计分析方法分析出太平街道社区管理上存在问题及分析其产生的原因，可以从人们对社区活动的参与程度，社区的公共服务功能，社区管理的相关法规制度等这些方面来分析问题。最后根据我国社区管理改革的经验和中国的国情，再借鉴国外的管理模式，对太平街道社区管理上存在的问题得出解决的途径。研究中采用的方法主要有阅读文献法，访谈法和统计分析法。
