【摘要】外来务工人员是城市化进程中出现的新型就业群体且已逐渐成为城市发展中不可或缺的生力军。但是,这一群体在为城市建设发展做出突出贡献的同时,在工作和就业中受到的歧视问题也日益突显出来,但是目前国内学者对于外来务工人员就业歧视的研究在比较多的停留在大学生或者女性等特有情况来分析的阶段,本文将围绕城市外来务工人员就业歧视问题和现状调查,从外来务工人员个人就业技能和政策环境因素等方面入手,对特定地区杭州市西湖区留下街道的外来务工人员就业受到就业歧视进行分析,根据此地区外来务工人员所存在现状的分析来总结目前的就业形式和政策对于外来务工人员就业的阻力和不友好的地方,最后对当前外来务工人员就业政策和顺利就业提出相应有效的建议和对策。

【Abstract】Migrant workers are the new employment groups which appear in the process of urbanization, becoming the integral part of the urban development gradually. However, This group made outstanding contributions to the development of urban construction, the discrimination in work and employment issues are also increasingly stand out. Currently, as far as we are concerned, domestic scholars pay more attention on special circumstances such as sexism. This article will focus on urban migrant workers employment discrimination and do a survey on their current situation, analyzing the employment discrimination that those migrant workers of Liuxia Street suffered with their employment skills and policy employment factors. Summarize the resistance and unfriendly place of the current employment situation and policies for migrant workers, based on the analysis of the status of migrant workers in this area. Finally, put forward effective suggestions and strategies for the current employment policies so that enhance the employment rate of migrant workers.
