摘要：煤炭和其他有用矿物的大规模开发和利用，既给人类带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益，也对人类生存环境产生一些负面影响，如何防止生态环境质量降低是值得研究的重要问题。本文针对采煤塌陷地的生态保护现状，借鉴国内外采煤塌陷地的生态保护经验与模式，以安徽萧县为例，提出了生态保护的对策措施。

Abstract: Large-scale development and utilization of coal and other useful minerals, both to human beings bring great economic and social benefits, but also on the human environment produce some negative effects. How to prevent environmental quality reduction is an important issue worthy of study. In this paper, in response to ecological protection of mining subsidence situation, by learning from the ecological protection of mining subsidence experiences and models at home and abroad, in Xiao County of Anhui case, countermeasures for ecological protection are put forward.
