摘要：随着我国大学城建设的兴起，如何合理利用大学城成为亟待解决的重要问题。论文以南京重点建设的大学城——仙林大学城为例，在深入研究其土地利用现状、存在问题的基础上得出了以下结论：仙林大学城在资源共享方面还存在比较大的空缺；不同功能区之间的建设进度难以协调；内部交通不够完善，急需解决；生态环境用地的布置不够系统等。借鉴国内外大学城的建设实践经验，本文提出了一些建议，例如深入贯彻人本思想，进一步打造混合式布局；注重协调不同阶段建设，合理推进建设时序；强化主体思想，注重整体规划建设生态用地等。本文试图以此来探讨大学城建设发展的合理模式，促使大学城在土地利用布局方面能有所完善。

Abstract: With the rise of the construction of University City, the reasonable use of University City become an important issue to be solved. Papers focus on the construction of Nanjing University City - University City Xianlin. With depth study of its land use status and the problems, we reached the following conclusions: there are still large vacancies in share of the resources in Xianlin University City; different functional areas is difficult to coordinate the progress of construction; internal traffic is not perfect, need to be resolved; the arrangement of the ecological land is not enough good. Consider the experience of construction of University City home and abroad, this paper presents a number of recommendations, such as using in-depth implementation of human thought to create hybrid layout; focuing on coordination of different stages of construction to promote the building of a reasonable sequence; strengthening the body, focusing on the overall planning and construction of ecological land and so on. This paper attempts to explore a reasonable mode of construction and development to promote University City can be improved in the land-use layout.
