摘要:库存管理在企业经营中扮演着非常重要的角色,它直接影响企业的供产销等各环节的活动, 在保障货物充足供给的前提下,最大限度地降低库存,直接关系到企业的经营效益。良好的库存管理,能增强生产计划的柔韧性、满足需求的不断变化、防止中断、阻止脱销、充分利用经济订购量的折扣优势、缩短订货周期。因此现代企业为了保证生产经营活动的顺利进行,实现高额利润,降低生产成本,提高企业的资金周转率和回报率,必须采用先进的库存管理方法。本文以永辉超市为例,分析永辉超市库存管理工作中存在的问题,探讨改善库存管理工作的有效解决方法。
