摘要:当前，我国的中小企业在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但中小企业在发展的过程中普遍存在着融资困难这个现象。国际贸易融资作为中小外贸企业发展国际贸易业务的重要资金渠道，对缓解中小外贸企业的融资难问题具有重要的现实意义。

　　　本文主要论述中小外贸企业国际贸易融资问题，通过对中小外贸企业国际贸易融资理论的综述，对各种国际贸易融资方式的比较，分别从中小企业自身、银行和政府等方面分析造成中小外贸企业国际贸易融资难的因素，最后结合这些因素分别从企业自身、银行和政府等方面提出企业建立科学合理的人才培训机制，树立风险成本意识；银行加大金融产品创新力度，提高工作人员业务素质；政府加强对中小外贸企业国际贸易融资的干预，健全相关法律法规等相应的对策建议。

Abstract:At present SMEs are playing an increasingly important role in the national economy,however,in the development process of SMEs,financing difficulties largely exist.

International trade financing,as important sources of funds for the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in international trade business,has an important practical significance to alleviate the problem of financing of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.

This article mainly discourse the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in international trade finance.Through the review to the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in international trade financing,comparison of the various methods of international trade financing,respectively,from SMEs,banks and government caused by the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in international trade financingdifficult factors,the final combination of these factors from the enterprises themselves,banks and government enterprises to establish a scientific and rational training mechanism,establish the cost of risk awareness；banks to increase financial product innovation,improve the professional quality of staff；the Government to strengthenthe intervention of the international trade finance for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,and improve relevant laws and regulations and the corresponding counterm easures and suggestions.
