摘要:21 世纪人类正面临着经济发展方式的新变革，即以低能耗、低物耗、低排放、低污染为特征的低碳经济将成为未来经济发展的主要方式也是未来世界经济发展的重要趋势。本文在明确了低碳经济对对外贸易的影响的基础上，从了解低碳经济内涵出发，对低碳经济发展的必要性以及徐州低碳贸易发展中存在的问题进行了深入研究，从国际贸易发展的角度，针对建设以低投入、高产出、低消耗、少排放，能循环、可持续的低碳经济体系，分析低碳经济与徐州对外贸易的关系，从而提出适宜徐州实际情况的对外贸易发展与转型的方向和对策；论文还通过分析徐州市当前外贸结构的现状，探讨低碳经济对徐州市对外贸易带来的挑战，最后提出了推动徐州低碳贸易发展的政策建议。

Abstract:In twenty-first Century the mankind is facing the new change of the mode of economic development, low carbon economy which is based on low energy consumption, low material consumption, low emissions will become the main trend of economic development,even an important way of the global economy in the future.This thesis which is based on the acknowledge of the impact of low carbon economy to foreign trade has a deep research about the necessary of developing low carbon economy and the problems during the development of low carbon foreign trade in Xuzhou from the concept of low carbon economy.What’s more,this thesis analyses the relationship between low carbon economy and foreign trade in Xuzhou in order to construct the low carbon economic system which is low investment, high output, low consumption, less emissions,circular and sustainable.After these,we will come up with the method about the development of foreign trade of Xuzhou according to its actual situation.In addition,this thesis also has a research on the challenge of low carbon economy to Xuzhou’s foreign trade according to the current structure of Xuzhou’s foreign trade.At last,we put out the suggestions for promoting the development of low carbon trade in Xuzhou.
