摘要:自1978年的改革开放，我国经济取得了举世瞩目的成就。随着我国对外开放程度不断加大，特别是在2001年中国加入世界贸易组织（WTO）以后，我国的对外贸易在规模和结构上都获得了更进一步的发展，现在我国已经成为世界上举足轻重的贸易大国。江苏省作为全国经济发展最有力的“驱动”之一，同时也是全国对外贸易的大省，对外贸易额一直维持着稳定、快速的增长，对外贸易的稳定对江苏省经济发展的推动作用不言而喻。随着经济的全球化加速，对外贸易在江苏省经济发展中的作用越来越突出，但是对外贸易形势不断变化，要想使江苏省的经济保持稳定发展，根据新的对外贸易竞争形势选择恰当的对策便显得尤为重要。

　　　本文以江苏省的对外贸易为研究对象，以仍未散去的金融危机为写作背景，明确了当前江苏省对外贸易形势与对策的研究目的和意义。通过介绍对外贸易的相关理论及其发展过程，分析当前江苏省对外贸易的现状，并利用SWOT分析法总结江苏省对外贸易的综合评价。最后基于得到的综合评价，整理出江苏省应对外贸易新形势的对策，为江苏省对外贸易的“更好更快”发展提供政策选择与支撑。

Abstract:　Since 1978, the reform and opening up,China's economy has made other countries sit up and take notice of the results. With China's opening degree increasing, especially in 2001 China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO),China foreign trade in scale and structure has been further development, now China has played a decisive role in the word's trading. Jiangsu Province not only the country's most powerful “drive” in economic development , but also the big national foreign trade province , it's foreign trade has maintained stable, rapid growth. The stability of the foreign trade on the economic development of Jiangsu province to promote the role of self-evident. With the development of economic globalization accelerated, foreign trade and economic development in Jiangsu Province, the more prominent, but the foreign trade situation is constantly changing, in order to make the economy of Jiangsu province to maintain stable development, countermeasures based on appropriate choice of new foreign trade competition becomes particularly important.

  Based on the foreign trade of Jiangsu Province and the background of the financial crisis, we get the current Jiangsu province foreign trade situation and countermeasures of the purpose and significance of the study, introduces the theory of foreign trade and development process. By analyzing the current status of foreign trade in Jiangsu Province, comprehensive evaluation analysis of the foreign trade of Jiangsu province by using SWOT. Finally, based on the comprehensive evaluation,we get the countermeasures about how to deal with new trade situation and it could provides the policy choice and support to the Jiangsu province's foreign trade “better and faster” development.
