摘要:随着互联网的发展，电子商务利用先进的技术手段推动了义乌市场的国际化，也加速了义乌市场国际化的进程。互联网能够利用其能突破地域、时间的局限，受自然条件影响小的优势来开展国际贸易，为小商品经营企业节省了交易成本和时间，也为经营者增加了越来越多的的出口贸易机会，对义乌外贸企业像掌握国际市场信息慢，反应迟缓等问题的解决起了推动作用。本文通过对义务外贸出口状况的了解，分析电商对外贸企业的影响；并分析了义乌外贸企业电子商务的发展现状,对于发展中的出现的问题进行了分析，并且为促进义乌外贸企业电子商务发展在基础设施、发展环境、信用机制和人才等方面提供了对策和建议。

Abstract:The new Internet economy era is for the Yiwu market internationalization management provides advanced technology, electronic commerce has promoted the development of the Yiwu market internationalization. Because the Internet can break through geographical, time constraints, less affected by natural conditions, the use of the Internet for international trade, not only help small commodity business enterprises to save transaction cost and time, but also for the operators to provide more than ever in the export trade opportunities, make up the commodity operating households on the international market information, grasp the problem difficult to understand less. Based on the obligations of foreign trade export status of understanding, analysis of the impact of business on foreign trade enterprises; and the Yiwu foreign trade e-commerce development present situation analysis, find out the main problems in the development and analysis of its causes, in order to promote the development of electronic commerce in foreign trade in Yiwu proposed infrastructure, development environment, credit mechanism and talent strategy and suggestions.
