摘要：随着时代的发展，逐渐产生了一种“知识性的失业”现象，受过高等教育的知识劳动者在一定的时间里找不到工作，或是从事原本由较低文化程度的人所做的工作。本文对“知识失业”的现状及其产生的原因进行研究，探索对人力资本投资产生的负面影响：盲目追求高学历，造成过度投资和资源的浪费；凸显了教育投资的风险。最后，从改革教育体制，健全就业平台机制，调整个人三大观念方面提出相关解决问题的对策。

Abstract:Abstract :With the development of the times,a phenomenon of “Knowledge Unemployment” gradually emerges.Knowledge workers with higher education can’t find a job in a certain period of time,or they are engaged in the work done by people with lower education.This paper makes research on the present situation of “Knowledge Unemployment” and its reasons,and probes into its negative influence on Human Capital Investment: Blind pursuit of higher education,excessive investment and a waste of resources;Highlighting of the risk of education investment.Finally,from the three pespecting of the reform of education system,and improvement the mechanism of employment platform,and adjustment of individual concept,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problem.
