摘要:随着全世界碳排放量的不断增长,随之而来的问题也越来越多,如环境问题、健康问题、社会问题、心理问题等等,如何应对这些问题,是目前人类社会普遍比较关注的话题。这篇论文通过对目前国际国内碳排放形式和应对策略以及对北京市城中心地区市民的调查问卷展开,以低碳出行方式为分析论述的着力点,结合城市规划的思维,主要探讨了低碳出行的可行性、实施方法及意义,提出大力发展公共交通系统及自行系统;抑制私家车的使用;宣传倡导低碳出行理念是解决城市交通、环境、社会等问题的关键。

ABSTRACT:As the world's growing carbon emissions, followed by more and more problems, such as environmental issues, health problems, social problems, psychological problems, and so. How to deal with these problems, it is more concerned about human society in general topic. This paper on the current form of international and domestic carbon emissions and coping strategies as well as the residents of the city center of Beijing questionnaire was launched to a low carbon way to travel is the focus of discourse analysis, combined with urban planning thought, which focused on low-carbon travel of the feasibility, implementation methods and significance of proposed public transport systems and develop their own systems; discouraging private car use; advocacy of low-carbon travel philosophy is to solve urban transportation, environmental, social and other issues the key.

对于低碳出行,也有很多人想到应该由政府扶持,以大力发展“自行车租赁”。但是,从政府角度看,确实应该给予适当的政策和措施,但不应完全用政府力量来发展自行车租赁。我国现在的经济发展状况很好,政府确实有足够的财力去做一些事情,但是长远来看,很多事情不应该是政府做的,而应由行业本身的努力来完善,才能有持续发展的能力。因此,出行方式的选择是一个综合的选择,不能单纯的依靠一方支持,否则将远远达不到想要的效果。
我们应该从发展低碳城市出发,使街道更加紧凑,服务设施更加密集,这样可以有利于自行车和步行。城市中心交通系统应以公共交通为主导,减少私家车使用。规划并减少能耗,改善城市“郊区化”的外貌,拉近人们和街区的距离,也让城市人“行走”得更健康,更环保。
