摘  要：全球化是世界发展的主流，中国加入WTO以来，中国的进出口贸易得到了很大发展。随着贸易发展的前进和扩张，技术性贸易壁垒开始在贸易舞台上占据重要的位置。中国虽作为一个传统的农业大国，但有比较优势的中国农产品却难以跨越发达国家设立的技术性贸易壁垒，以致我国农业经济遭受巨大损失。技术性贸易壁垒，已经成为我国农业产业化和其他贸易发展的主要障碍。 

　　　本文通过对中国农业的各项数据对技术性贸易壁垒进行了研究，以美国，欧盟，日本为参考对象，发现技术性贸易壁垒给我国带来的既有积极影响也有消极影响。我国之所以频繁遭遇技术性贸易壁垒，从国内的原因看，主要在于农产品的生产环境遭受污染，生产没有形成规模，农产品的管理缺乏力度，贸易体制不健全；从国际原因分析，在于国际社会对食品的安全更重视，各国贸易保护的需要以及农产品市场的供过于求。当面临技术性贸易壁垒，要积极参考发达国家的制度规章，总结研究，提升我们的农产品贸易系统。只有持续学习，自我完善，中国才能有健康发展的贸易道路。

ABSTRACT：Globalization is the mainstream of the world development. Since China’s accession to the WTO, the import and export has got great development. With the progressing and expending of trade development, technical barriers to trade begin to occupy an important position in the trade area. Although China is a traditional agricultural country, Chinese agricultural products which have comparative advantage have great difficulties to across the technical barriers to trade which set up by the developed countries. And this caused huge losses of agriculture economy. Technical barriers to trade have become the main obstacle to the development of trade in agricultural products, as well as other industries in China.

　　　This article studies the technical barriers to trade through several data about Chinese agriculture, setting the United States, the European Union, Japan as reference objects, and then find out that the technical barriers to trade have both positive effects and negative effects to our country. The reasons why our country frequently encounters technical barriers to trade are complicated. Seeing from the domestic, there are mainly because the production environment of agricultural products has suffered pollution, production has not formed the scale, the agricultural management is lacked of strength, trading system is not prefect. Seeing from the international society, they are mainly because the international society has paid more attention to the safety of the food, the trading protection needs of various courtiers and the pile up in excess of requirement of the market of agricultural products. When confronted with technical barriers to trade, we should actively refer to rules and regulations of developed countries, summarize and analysis, improving our system of agricultural products trade. Only by continuous learning and self-improvement, will China be able to have a healthy development of trade.
