摘 要:保护金融消费者的合法权益，不光是对金融消费者自身的保护，也对改善金融机构服务质量，维护地区的金融稳定有着重要的意义。

　　　在金融消费者安全权保护这一方面，国外的立法相比之国内要更加的健全。

　　　在华尔街金融改革法案中，重点的提出了要加强消费者和投资者的保护。

　　　相比于国内来讲，国外金融消费者消费安全权的保护比国内完善健全的多。

　　　我国金融消费者消费安全权的保护有很大的缺陷。

　　　金融消费者的消费安全权是非常重要的，我国的金融消费者消费安全权的保护制度非常不完善，漏洞百出。所以我们要完善金融消费者安全权的保护制度，使之完善，这样才能安全有效的稳定金融市场。
