摘 要：随着经济全球化、一体化进程的不断加快，文化交流作为一种互相了解彼此的方式，已经越来越多的国家的重视，民间文学艺术是一个国家的代表性文化，在文化交流中起到十分重要的作用。但是，文化交流也带来了文化掠夺，大量发达国家抓住国际上尚未形成具体民间文学艺术表达的国际保护法、大多数发展中国家也未出台强有力且有效的针对民间文学艺术表达的专项法律的空档，大肆免费的使用甚至歪曲改变发展中国家的民间文学艺术表达，并从这些民间文学艺术表达作品中获取大量的经济利益。针对这个问题，本课题致力于从我国民间文学艺术表达的现状出发，探讨建立适合我国国情的民间文学艺术表达的保护模式的可行性。课题通过概述民间文学艺术表达的含义、形式和特征，分析保护民间文学艺术表达的必要性和所需解决的关键问题，最后提出适合我国国情的民间文学艺术表达保护模式。本课题的研究成果或许会起到“投石问路”的效果，为进一步研究建立完整完善的适合我国国情的民间文学艺术表达保护模式提供有效依据。

Abstract：Along with the economic globalization, unifinication process accelerate ceaselessly, cultural exchange as a way to understand each other, already more and more national attention, folk literature and art is a national representative in culture, cultural exchange plays an important role in. However, cultural exchange has also brought cultural plunder, many developed countries to seize the international has not yet formed a specific folk literature and art expression in international law, most of the developing countries did not have a strong and effective targeting of folk literature and art expression of the special law of the gap, was free to use even distort the changes to the developing folk literature and art expression, and from these folk literature and art expression works to obtain large amounts of economic interests. Aiming at this problem, this paper is dedicated to the Chinese folk literature and art expression of the status quo, explore the establishment of the folk literature and art expression protection model. The subject through the outline of the folk literature and art expression meaning, forms and features, analysis of protection of folk literature and art expression is necessary and needed to solve the key problem, finally put forward to fit our country national condition of the folk literature and art expression in protected mode. The research results may be to" throw a stone to clear the road " effect, for further study to establish perfect suitable for China's national conditions of folk literature and art expression in protected mode to provide effective basis.
