摘  要：随着旅游业在全世界的迅速发展，旅游规划也呈献了一派欣欣向荣的景象，国外的旅游规划在旅游业大发展的基础上得到了迅速的成长。本文通过对国外旅游规划的研究将国外旅游规划的发展过程分为四个阶段：60 年代中期到70 年代初国外旅游规划的初始阶段，70 年代后期国外旅游规划的过渡阶段，80 年代国外旅游规划大发展阶段，90 年代初国外旅游规划深入发展阶段。并从国外旅游规划的发展历程中发现国外旅游规划发展的现状及问题，特别是国外旅游规划的方法。最后通过对国外旅游规划的研究初探其对国内旅游规划的启示。

Abstract: With the rapid development of tourism in the world, the tourism plan also had a thriving scence of the present, foreign tourism planning in tourism big based on the development of obtained a rapid growth. This article through to foreign travel planning research will foreign travel planning development process is divided into four stages: In the mid 60 early 1970s, foreign travel planning of the initial stage、In the late 1970s, foreign travel planning a transitional phase、In the 1980s, foreign travel planning big stage of development、The early 1990s, foreign travel planning further development stage. And tourism planning from abroad in the development of the tourism planning development found abroad situation and problems, especially foreign travel planning method. Finally, through the study of foreign travel planning for the domestic tourism planning fang-tsang of enlightenment.
