摘要：我国古村落特色鲜明的传统建筑和生活方式使得古村落具有极高的美学、社会、文化、旅游等价值。80年代初古村落旅游渐入市场，并逐渐成为旅游热点。本文首先分析了国内外相关研究；接着分析我国古村落文化遗产旅游开发的现状，旅游开发主要模式和古村落保护开发关系的处理等问题，依据可持续发展理论、产权理论、利益相关者理论提出古村落旅游开发的思路和原则；最后以安徽宏村为例，通过实地考察法和文献查阅法获得大量宏村的资料，在对资料整理分析后，总结出宏村保护与开发的现状和出现的问题，并且上述思路和原则，总结宏村文化遗产旅游开发的发展路径。

Abstract：The ancient villages in China have distinctive traditional architecture and lifestyle, which makes the ancient villagehas a high aesthetic, social, cultural, tourism and other value. In the 1980s the ancient village tourism coming into the market, and gradually become a new tourist spot.This paper first analyzes relevant research in the domestic and foreign countries; Then analyze the present situation of the ancient villages cultural heritage tourism developmentin our country, the mainly mode of tourism development and the treatment of the relationship between development and protection of ancient villages and other problems, according to the sustainable development theory, property rights theory, stakeholder theory, we can get the ideas and principles of ancient village tourism development; Finally, for example by Anhui hongcun through on-the-spot investigation method and lots of literatures on the material, in hongcun data sorting analysis conclude the present situation of protection and the development and other problems of Hongcun, and the above ideas and principles, it summarizes the developing path of development of cultural heritage tourism Hongcun.
