[摘要] 现如今，各行各业都面临着各种压力，因而对工作人员的心理素质要求也相应提高。尤其是秘书这个行业，秘书工作极其复杂，任务繁重，因此，具备良好的心理素养对于秘书人员而言是至关重要的。本文从各个方面阐述了秘书工作的复杂性以及应该具备的心理素质。首先分析了心理素质的基本含义及其重要性，列举了良好的心理素质的具体体现，其次，列举了不良心理素质的体现，从根本上分析了不良心理素质形成的原因，以及塑造良好心理素质的途径。最后，总结出秘书工作是一项繁重的劳动，良好的心理素质是现代优秀秘书必须具有的基本条件。强调心理素养是一个需要长期修炼的过程，要求秘书人员在社会实践中注重自我完善，内化修炼。

The first analysis of the psychological quality of the basic meaning and importance, enumerates the good psychological quality is specific reflect, secondly, enumerates adverse psychological quality reflect, from the fundamental analysis of the reasons for the formation of bad psychological quality, and create a good psychological diathesis.
