【摘要】进入21世纪，科学技术迅速发展，经济全球化日渐端倪，国际竞争日益激烈，领导和管理活动所涉及的领域将更为开放和广泛，社会对秘书的需求量也日趋增大,要求也越来越高。人格修养作为秘书诸多素质的最根本要求,对秘书的职业生涯起着至关重要的作用。因此，在当前竞争激烈的环境中,加强秘书的人格建设就变得异常重要。本文拟通过秘书人格的定义，秘书人格的定位，现代秘书职业中存在的人格缺陷，秘书人格的培养与构建，以及其重要意义，对秘书人格的构建进行了多方面的论述。
