摘要：运动兴趣是搞好体育学习和课外体育活动以及增强学生体质的重要因素之一.通过对XX学院女生对运动兴趣的调查可以看出，目前学校里的很多女生对体育运动的兴趣并不广泛，甚至有的学生对体育运动根本没有兴趣.因此,要根据学生对体育运动兴趣形成的一般规律和特点，针对当前本校女生体育运动的现状，分析体育运动兴趣形成的影响因素，积极采取各项有效地措施，从各个方面来提高本校女大学生对体育运动的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”,使学生真正实现“乐中求学，学中求乐”。
