摘  要:高校心理咨询在我国已有了较为成熟的发展，但随着高校学生各类需求的增加，心理咨询显然已经不能满足当下大学生的全部需求。而社会工作，特别是学校社会工作旨在为学生提供一种有利于学习的环境与条件，使学生获得适当的心智与行为发展，以适应现在及未来的生活，在促进大学生成长与发展上有着不可替代的重要作用。就目前高校总体服务状况，学校社会工作认可度不高，社会工作借助大学生心理咨询来实现助人自助的目标和自身发展是一个不错的选择。

　　　大学生心理咨询与社会工作应该成为合作伙伴，抓住两者在理论、价值、工作方法与工作原则上的相同点，寻找互补点，克服社会工作认可度不高，心理咨询中心人员不足的困境，从宏观的制度与政策上，微观的具体方法上，包括个案工作与个别心理咨询的合作，小组工作与团体心理咨询的合作等等来实现两者的合作。在开辟一条发展社会工作的新道路的同时，共同为高校学生提供优质服务。

ABSTRACT:Colleges and universities the development of psychological consultation in our country has a mature, but with the increase of college students various needs, psychological counseling have apparently can't meet the needs of the present college students. While social work, especially refers to the school social work can provide students with a learning environment and condition, causes the student to obtain the proper mental and behavior development, to adapt to the present and the future life, in promoting college students' growth and development has an irreplaceable role. Inadequate in overall service in colleges and universities, and the recognition is not high under the condition of social work, social work with the help of college students psychological consulting to realize win-win goal and its development is a good choice.

     College students psychological consulting and social work should be partners, grasp both work in theory, value, work methods and the similarities in principle, for complementary points, overcome the recognition of social work is not high, the psychological consultation center enough staff, from the macroscopic system and policy, micro concrete methods, including case work cooperation with individual psychological counseling, group work and cooperation group psychological counseling and so on to achieve the cooperation of the two. In opening a new road for the development of social work at the same time, provides the high-quality service for the college students together.
