摘要:以人为本思想主张把人放在第一位,以人为中心,满足人的需要,促进人的全面发展。以人为本的管理方式最早用于企业管理之中。进入知识经济信息时代,“以人为本”价值观的管理模式越来越受到人们的重视,以人为本的管理方式也运用到了学校管理之中。教师是学校的主力军,以人为本的管理方式用于教师管理也是一种必然选择。本文基于对昆明市五华区部分中学教师管理现状的调查,以“以人为本”的视角进行原因上的分析,从学校层面、教师层面以及社会等其他方面来进行阐述,并在此基础上提出具体可行的“以人为本”的教师管理策略。为推行以人为本的教师管理,促进教师的健康发展,实现学校的进步和发展提出建议。
