摘要:广州市商业银行在电子银行建设中目前主要实现了 ATM、POS 服务和客户服务中心的基本功能，但起电子银行业务还面临许多问题。本文目的在于通过对电子银行发展的必要性，结合广州市商业银行的电子银行的发展现状和电子银行对其发展的影响，以及通过对其电子银行进行SWOT分析。提出广州市商业银行的电子银行的建设要实施成本与联盟战略和广泛应用科学技术、提高银行科技水平加强电子银行业务的营销和服务、实施成长战略以提供客户高附加价值产品或服务，提升银行竞争能力。

Abstract:Guangzhou City Commercial Bank building in e-banking implementation is mainly the ATM, POS services and basic customer service center, but from e-banking is still faced with many problems. The purpose of this paper is the development of e-banking need, combined with the Guangzhou City Commercial Bank's development of electronic banking and electronic banking to their development, as well as through its conduct SWOT analysis of electronic banking.
