摘要: 自改革开放以来，我国的城市化进程一直在稳步加快，农民工群体于其中起到了至关重要的作用。但是，农民工却在城市受到了各种不公平的待遇，弱化了农民工对城市的认同、加深了隔阂，不利于城市的长期平稳发展。新生代农民工作为如今农民工的主体力量，研究该群体的城市认同感，对于解决这一问题具有相当重要的意义。本文共四部分：第一部分阐述研究背景、意义以及相关概念界定；第二部分分析我国新生代农民工城市认同感现状及影响因素；第三部分描述城市认同感低下产生的消极后果；第四部分对上述问题提出一些建议和对策。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization process has been steadily accelerating, and migrant workers groups plays a crucial role. However, migrant workers in the city have encountered a variety of unfair treatment. It is Weakening the identity of migrant workers in the city, and deepening the urban estrangement. That's not conducive to long-term stable development of the city. The new generation of migrant work is now the main force of migrant workers. Researches on urban identity of the groups have a very important meaning for the solution to this problem. In this paper, a total of four parts: The first part describes the background, significance and related concepts to define; The second part analyzes the generation of migrant workers in China and influencing factors of urban identity; The third section describes the the low adverse consequences of urban identity; The fourth section puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the above issues.
