摘要:门市销售是旅行社销售其产品的主要形式。但从目前情况看,大多数旅行社的门市部往往存在各种各样的缺陷,使得门市销售工作的效率一般不高。随着旅游业的迅速发展,要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,除了开发高质量、高品位的旅游产品,提供高质量的旅游设施和服务之外,旅游营销工作更应成为经常性的重要工作。旅游市场营销在今天的旅游企业里越来越被管理者重视,但在实施过程中还存在许多不足,这影响了我国旅游企业经济效益的提高和竞争力的增强。本文对广东省中国旅行社门市部的营销现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出门市营销策略,旨在提高广东省中国旅行社门市部的销售额。

Abstract:Outlets sales is the main form of the travel agency to sell their products But at present most travel agency's salesroom has various defects .With the rapid development of the tourism .If you want to keep alive in the competition .you have to do not only development the high quality .high class tourism products and provide high quality facilities and services .but also pay more attention to the tourism marketing. Nowadays .in the tourism industry .the tourism marketing has become more and more importance .Since it has many shortage during it's implementation .so it's bad for the tourism industry's economic benefits and the competitive in our country . In this paper, Guangdong Province of China Travel Service 's marketing department 's marketing present situation and the existing problems were analyzed, and put forward the marketing strategy aimed at improving the Guangdong Province, China Travel Service 's marketing department sales

作为服务行业,旅行社最能够体现服务的内涵的就是那些直接面对游客的员工。门市部是旅行社的一个窗口,前台员工的素质和行为直接关系到旅行社的服务质量和服务水准,只有热情周到的服务才能赢得客人最终的满意。因此旅行社门市部应完善服务机制,建立完善的游客档案管理系统,门市接待人员应每天为游客进行服务时将相关信息进去登记并存入系统,有了这些资料,前台接待人员就可以进行回访,及时了解游客的反馈信息,对于存在的问题及时有效的进行处理,这样才能赢得顾客的信任,并很好的留住客源;定期举办一些大型活动和扩大宣传力度,让游客了解近期的活动并产生想要报名和主动到门市部报名的想法,从而达到最终目的----提高门市部的销售额。
