摘要:合理选择招聘渠道是提高企业招聘有效性的重要保证。论文以口碑网公司为例,在实际调查的基础上,从内部招聘渠道的选择和外部招聘渠道的选择两个方面分析了该公司招聘渠道选择的基本现状和存在的主要问题,并收集了该公司两个季度不同招聘渠道的相关数据,从招聘渠道价值、渠道质量、渠道成本、渠道速度的角度进行了相关分析,从而得出互联网行业较为适用的招聘渠道。基于以上研究,最后对口碑网公司招聘渠道的合理选择提出有价值的建议。

Abstract:Reasonable choice of recruitment channels is an important guarantee for improving the effectiveness of the recruitment. The article takes Koubei Networks Company as an example, then analyzes the current position and main issues of choice of recruitment channels from two aspects including inside choice and outside choice of recruitment channels based on the actual survey. It also generates related data from different recruitment channels in two quarters and takes an analysis from the perspective of recruitment channels Value, channels quality, channels costs and channels speed to come up with an appropriate recruitment channel for Internet industry. Based on above research, the article finally recommends a valuable proposal for the reasonable choice of recruitment channel of the company.

显然,提高企业招聘渠道选择的有效性是提高企业招聘有效性的重要保证。这里在前人理论研究的基础上,以口碑网公司为例,比较分析了网络企业招聘渠道的有效性,得出网络招聘和内部推荐对于这类企业来说是最为有效的,并且认为不同岗位选择不同的招聘渠道也能提高招聘的有效性。这些成果对同类型乃至其他类型的企业招聘可能具有一定的参考价值,当然,由于受诸多不利因素的影响,论文研究仍然存在缺陷和不足,这有待在今后的研究工作不断地完善和补充。
