摘要：“绿色贸易壁垒”是指进口国以保护自然资源、环境和保障人类健康为由，限制不符合其生态环保标准的国外产品进口。我国进入WTO后，各个出口行业都不断受到发达国家使用的“绿色壁垒”的困扰。纺织服装作为中国出口创汇支柱性产业和上海有悠久历史的出口产业，也受此严重打击。通过分析绿色贸易壁垒对上海服装出口的影响提出纺织品服装行业的发展改革新思路。

Abstract:  "Green trade barrier" refers to the importer restrict foreign imports which do not reach to standard of ecological environmental protection with the excuse of protecting  the natural resources, environment and  human health.  After China's entry into the WTO, the export  is attacked with "green barrier" by developed countries frequently. Clothing ,as the Chinese export pillar industry and  Shanghai historial export industry, also got serious attack . Through the analysis of green trade barrier’s effect on Shanghai clothing exportation, the methods of  reforming and developing the clothing industry are present.
