摘要：随着我国经济的飞速发展和社会的进步，寻求新能源成为当前人类面临的主要问题，当前利用新能源的主要方式是光伏产业。近几年，我国光伏产业在飞速发展，开拓国际市场渠道，经常被国际市场遏制。本文首先针对2011年11月16日美国对中国光伏产业正式展开“双反”调查对中国光伏产业的影响为前提，接着重点阐述欧盟于2012年7月对我国光伏产业的反倾销案，对中国的光伏企业做了简单的介绍以及美国“双反”调查之后欧盟反倾销案对我国出口光伏企业的影响。以英利公司为案例，通过SWOT方法对该公司进行分析，使得更了解国内的光伏市场的优势、劣势，以及基于SWOT分析给出相应的对策。

Abstract: As a new energy industry, photovoltaic industry is currently one of the main methods of using new energy, photovoltaic (pv) grid generation is the trend of the development of photovoltaic power generation. Photovoltaic industry rapid development over the years and opened the international market channel, has frequently been the containment of the international market. Firstly,in the local time ,November 16,2011,the U.S. Department of Commerce launched on the Chinese photovoltaic industry “double reverse “(anti-dumping ,anti-subsidy) investigation which use the impact of the Chinese PV industry as a precondition ,then focuses on the EU anti-dumping cases for China on July 2012,made simple introduction to China's photovoltaic enterprise and the "double reverse" survey and the eu anti-dumping cases team our export photovoltaic enterprises. To yingli company as a case, through the SWOT method to analyze the company and make more understand the advantages and disadvantages of photovoltaic market in China, And based on the SWOT analysis gives corresponding countermeasures.
