摘要：高新技术企业是实现我国经济快速发展的潜在力量，在经济结构调整，缓解结业压力，产业升级，增加财政税收等发面发挥重要作用，但企业融资难的问题已严重制约其发展，通过对高新技术企业融资特点及融资过程中存在的问题进行研究，期望对解决高新技术企业融资难的问题提出合理有效的建议对策。

　　　本文首先对阐述了高新技术企业的定义及主要的特点，简介现代企业主要的融资方式，并以小米科技公司为例，然后分析了小米科技公司融资现状及高新技术企业面临融资困难的现状，我国高新技术企业融资的结构并不合理，其次，主要分析了高新技术企业出现融资困难的原因，并从内部和外部因素进行分析，最后针对小米科技公司为例进行分析并提出可行性的对策建议。
