摘要： 随着经济全球化的发展，中国民营企业发展迅速，同时它们也把目光放远，寻求在国际市场上占有一席之地，但是由于民营企业自身存在一定的缺陷,因此跨国并购成为它们达到这一目的的一大选择。本文通过分析中国民营企业现状，特点，着重研究其并购策略，通过挖掘其发展潜力，研究其发展中存在的问题，进而提出改进意见,帮助民营企业更好的应对市场竞争，增强中国民营企业竞争力，有利于提高中国民营企业在同类企业中的地位。

Abstract: With the economic globalization ,Chinese private enterprise's is developed, They also look ahead and seek in a place in the international market. But because the private enterprises themselves have some shortcomings ,so cross-border mergers and acquisitions have become more and more of the private enterprise go abroad choice. This article describes the status and characteristics of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese private enterprises, focused on the research of the acquisition strategy.By tapping its potential for development,so as to study the problems in its development. Then make some improvements to Help private enterprises to better respond to market competition and to enhance China's private enterprise competitiveness, and to improve the status of similar enterprises in our country.
