摘 要: IE(工业工程)技术起源于二十世纪的美国,我国在二十世纪八十年代初才开始工业工程的起步。对IE技术的研究,其目的就是为了使企业的运作处于一个最佳的状态,以获得更大的整体效益。近些年来,随着经济全球化的不断深入与发展,企业面临的市场也发生了深刻变化。企业要在不断变化的环境中生存与发展,就必须提高自身的综合竞争力。对于制造型企业而言,IE技术的应用能够为企业在保证产品质量的同时,为企业节约资源和成本,提高生产效率,由此可以带来巨大的经济效益,同时能提高企业的竞争力。
本文从IE的国内外研究状况入手,以A公司的汽车零件加工作为研究对象,对公司的工艺流程、人机操作、生产线现状三个方面进行研究。通过资料的收集和现场观察发现问题,运用IE理论知识和技术,对这三个方面进行分析,并提出自己的优化见解。文章的最后,对IE技术在我国的发展前景进行了展望,IE技术在企业中提高效率的研究,不仅能给企业带来经济效率,同时也能丰富IE技术本身。

ABSTRACT:IE (Industrial Engineering) technology originated in the United States in twentieth century, In the early 1980s, our country started to industrial engineering. The study of IE technologies, it’s purpose is to make the enterprise operating in an optimal state, in order to obtain a greater overall benefit. In recent years, with the deepening of economic globalization and development, enterprises are facing profound changes have taken place in the market. Enterprises to survive in the changing environment and development, must improve the comprehensive competition . The application of IE technology not only for enterprises in ensuring product quality, but also save resources and cost for enterprises, improve production efficiency, which can bring huge economic benefits, improve the competitiveness of enterprises at the same time.
This article obtains from the IE research status at home and abroad, with A company car parts processing as the research object, Research on the three aspects of process, operation, production line. Through data collection and field observation find the problem, by using the theory of IE knowledge and technology, analyzes the three aspects, and put forward my own optimization view. At the end of the article, looking ahead of our country’s technological development prospects for IE, the research of IE technology improving the efficiency of enterprises, can not only brings to the enterprise economic efficiency, but also can enrich the IE technology itself.
