摘 要:“5S”管理理论(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养)是最基本、最有效的现场管理方法之一,是其他管理方法得以实施的前提和基础,它最早起源于日本。历史上若干企业对5S有着成功的应用,这表明它将给企业各方面绩效带来显著的改善(塑造企业形象、准时交货、降低成本、安全生产、高度的标准化、创造令人赏心悦目的工作场所等)。5S理论很早就传入了中国,当时一些中国企业也尝试着去应用这种管理方法,但是效果都不是很理想,很少有企业取得成功。
本文采用理论与案例相结合的方法,首先将案例进行一个详细深入的剖析,把问题的各个方面都一一展现出来,然后针对问题应用5S理论解决。得到了相关结论:如果企业想要使它自身的现场管理水平得到一个很好地提升,必须结合自身的实际情况利用5S理论进行一个有效的改善,这样才能最大限度地提升企业的现场管理水平。5S是一项理论上非常浅显易懂而实际操作上又非常注重技巧的现场管理方法,本文在分析企业所存在的问题同时,又阐述了企业实施5S过程中所遇到的障碍,同时提出了一些克服这些障碍的建议,希望能给有关的企业和管理人员以实际操作上的借鉴和帮助。

ABSTRACT:The 5S management is one of the most basal and effective locale’s management ways,and the 5S management is precondition and foundation which others management ways carries into execution.5S management origins from Japan. the innumerable experiences indicate that its successfully application will bring the remarkable improvement to various aspects of the factory(mold factory image,reduce cost,punctual delivery,safety in production,high standardized,pleasant operational environment and so on). Some Chinese factories have used this management early,but few companies succeed .
This article adopts the method of combining theory and case. First carrying out a detailed analysis of the case and make the various aspects of the problem be on show, then applying 5S theory to solve the problem. Drawing the conclusion is that: if companies want to improve their own locale’s management level, companies must use 5S management to carry on an effective improvement while being based of itself development condition. The 5S management theory is a locale’s management ways that easy to understand and pay attention to skill. This article analysis enterprise locale’s management problem and describes the obstacles encountered in the process of carrying on 5S management, at the same time Putting forward some suggestions to overcome these obstacles.Hope this paper can be very useful for the other company in their management.
