摘要：本文通过弹性分析理论、J曲线效应等理论和以人民币升值为例来阐述汇率政策与贸易政策的关系。一国的汇率政策的制定必须得考虑贸易政策，而贸易政策的制定也必须得考虑汇率政策。只有协调了汇率政策与贸易政策才能使一国的经济能够跟好地发展。

Abstract: This article through the elastic analysis theory ,the J curve effect theory and to the appreciation of theRMBexchange rate as an example to illustrate the relationship between policy and trade policy.The exchange rate policy of a country must consider the trade policy,and trade policy must also consider the exchange rate policy.Only the coordination of exchange rate policy and trade policy to make the economy of one country can well development.
