摘要：改革开放以来，我国出口贸易增长方式存在的弊端逐渐显现：粗放型出口方式受到国际市场容量的制约，出口模式忽视环保和食品安全，产品科技含量低、无自主产权，产品大量集中出口受到外部制度制约，出口贸易绩效呈现递减趋势。本文在探讨当前我国出口贸易增长方式存在的问题的基础上，分析了我国在寻求出口贸易增长方式转变的过程中面临的国内外的机遇和困境，提出了新时期转变我国出口贸易增长方式的对策和建议。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the malpractices of our growth mode of export trade appear gradually: the extension export mode receives the restriction from the international market capacity, the  export mode neglects environmental protection and food security, the product has low technology content and no independent property right, the product’s massive centralism exportation receives exterior system restriction and the export trade’s achievements present the decreasing trend. This paper is written on the basis of exploring the current growth mode of Chinese export trade. It analyzes the opportunities and difficulties from domestic and foreign in the search process of transforming the growth mode of Chinese export trade，and proposes some strategies and advices about changing growth mode of export trade in the new era.
