摘要:自我国实行改革开放和加入WTO以来,市场格局日新月异,中小企业如雨后春笋般的涌现了出来,并且为我国的经济发展作出了卓越的贡献。当今中小企业仍然是我国极其重要的市场主体,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制日趋健全,而中小企业面临的挑战更加严峻,其中缺乏创新激励几乎是所有中小企业的通病,本文旨在分析中小企业创新激励问题和提出解决的方案,增强中小企业的创新激励水平,提高中小企业的技术创新能力和管理创新能力,从而更好的维护社会主义市场经济的秩序。

ABSTRACT:Since China's reform and opening up and joined the WTO, market change quickly, small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up in spring, and made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country. Today's small and medium-sized enterprises is still an extremely important market main body in our country, increasingly perfect along with our country socialist market economic system, and the challenge for the small and medium-sized enterprises is more serious, the lack of innovation incentives for almost all the common fault of the small and medium-sized enterprises, the purpose of this paper is to analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise innovation incentive problems and propose solutions to enhance the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises incentive level, increase the ability of small and medium-sized enterprises technology innovation and management innovation ability, so as to better safeguard the socialist market economic order .

笔者认为企业和员工本来就不应该是一种对立的关系,现代企业应当逐步促进企业和员工的共存共荣的关系,特别是中小企业,在自身竞争优势不明显的情况下,更应该注意企业和员工的协调,而这一切的落脚点仍然是企业能够构建一个适合自己的创新激励机制。创新激励的直接目的就是为了激发员工的创造性,暂时撇开企业来说,如果一个员工的创造性被有效的激发,并为企业作出了相应的贡献,那么这个员工就会获得较强的价值感,从而增强对企业的认同感,那么员工在日常工作中就会更加的尽心尽力,而企业也因此蓬勃发展,从而形成一个良性循环。如果一个激励机制能够不同程度地激发大多数员工的创造力,那么企业和员工就能够很自然地融合到一起,形成一个“员工工作为企业发展,企业存在为员工搭建人生平台”的良好局面。所以创新激励对员工的物质生存和精神享受都意义重大。
